In January 2007 many UK social housing landlords stopped offering a house exchange scheme to their tenants. This opened the door for websites to appear offering a forum for the house swap community to list their property for mutual exchange. However, searching various sites trying to arrange a home swap can for some be a very long process taking a lot of time and maybe monies to register and search these websites.

Mutual Exchange is a site dedicated to council tenants and housing association tenants who wish to exchange or swap their property.

We aim to take the hard work out of your home swap and exchange by doing the searching of your ideal home swap and house exchange for you.

For the first time council and housing association tenants can sit back and relax while we find you a property to swap or exchange with.

How Dose It Work:

1. We do all the Mutul Exchange hard work for you which is why we do not list homes for exchange for you to browse.
2. Fill-Out The Above Form to be immediately assigned a Mutual Exchange Expert Finder.
3. Check Your Email Address for Confirmation
4. We then search our vast databases of various sources to help find your ideal property swap.
5. Details of properties matching your requirements are then emailed to you, along with their contact information.
6. Coming Soon. Browse our gallery of available properties and see if you find the home of your dreams.

We do not forward any of your property swap or contact details to any third party, there is no pressure to contact a given swapper, until you are ready to. However we charge a small subscription fee.

(Although we shall endeavor to find direct 2 way home swaps and house exchanges, this may not always be possible and multi swaps maybe found instead.)
