1.1 A "Registrant" is anyone who has subscribed to use the Services to exchange homes by way of the registration process on the website.
1.2 Details provided by you to Mutual Exchanges ("data") are stored by Mutual Exchanges for the primary purpose of assisting other registrants/subscribers in obtaining information on potential property exchanges.


2. Registration
2.1 When you register with Mutual Exchanges you shall be required to complete a registration form to enable us to use all reasonable means to satisfactorily provide you with suitable information in relation to a potential exchange(s).
2.2 If you do become a subscriber to the Mutual Exchanges service, your data will be used to register you as a user of the Mutual Exchanges service and to facilitate your use of the service. As such, some of this information will be made available online to other users of the service with the express intention of former a potential mutual exchange(s). We also use the information you provide in the administration of the system, which may require us to contact you in connection with the service via the website or by email.

2.5 In order to register and create an account you need to complete a registration form, which clearly states any costs of our services, you will be directed to PayPal for payment which is a reoccurring subscription. Any cancellation of recurring payments is strictly the responsibility of the subscriber and will not be carried out by Mutual Exchanges. No payment information is retained by Mutual Exchanges.


3. Updating your Details
3.1 If any of the data that you have provided to Mutual Exchanges changes, for example if your contact details change or you swap your home with another Registrant, please update your registration directly via the Website.


4. Protection of your data
4.1 Subject to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions Mutual Exchanges shall keep your data confidential. The security procedures of Mutual Exchanges refer to the storage, access and disclosure of Registrant details. If you are a Registrant your identity shall be confirmed by use of unique information being a User Name and Password. The User Name and Password shall enable you to use the Services. It is your responsibility to keep your User Name and Password confidential.


5. Sale of business
5.1 If this business is sold or integrated with another business your data may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.
